Refund Policy
Last updated:
Pretty QR Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. This page is the refund rule for that purchase. The free generator has no charge, so there is nothing to refund for it.
What you pay
The price is the amount on the checkout screen. The public price is $29. A waitlist or discount code, if you have one, is typed into checkout and changes that amount. The screen also says: Launch price. Goes up to $39 after the first 100 purchasers. Paddle is the merchant of record: they take that payment, add any tax, and send the receipt. We never see your card number.
Pro turns on for the account that was signed in at checkout. It does not renew. The terms of service describe what Pro includes.
The waitlist
If the site shows a waitlist form instead of a buy button, that form does not take a card, a bank transfer, or any other payment. Joining the list is not a purchase. There is nothing to refund. We send one email, which can include a code for the lower price.
14 days
Email [email protected] within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it in full through Paddle. You do not have to give a reason. Include the email on the Pretty QR account and the date you paid, so we can find the transaction.
This 14-day window is the rule we follow for every Pro purchase, including where a shorter withdrawal right might otherwise apply to digital goods. Ask inside the 14 days and we refund.
What a refund does
When Paddle marks the payment refunded, Pro that came from that payment is turned off. Batch downloads stop for that account. Designs you already downloaded stay yours. Saved designs and the free generator keep working. The refund goes back to the original payment method. Banks sometimes take a few days to show it.
After 14 days
After 14 days we refund if we cannot provide the Pro access you paid for, or if the law requires it. A change of mind after that window is not refunded once Pro has been turned on.
Access we did not charge for
Sometimes we turn Pro on without a payment, for example for an admin or a grant. That is not a purchase. There is nothing to refund, and we can turn it off. A refund of someone else's payment does not remove this kind of access.
